Entry Guidelines:

1. This contest is ONLY open to Nazmi Arıkan Fen Bilimleri Anadolu Liseleri 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. Any other submissions will not be evaluated.
2. Applicants will create video presentation around the theme: “The Effect of Social Media on People”.
3. The Clip can be shot in any resolution but must be saved in landscape mode and as a .mov or .mp4 file.
4. The length of the video should be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 minutes.
5. Videos should be created in English.
6. Videos cannot feature copyrighted content. Profanity is not accepted.
7. Entries will be graded based on five criteria;
   • Creativity and originality,
   • Use of English, vocabulary, grammatical accuracy, fluency of spoken English,
   • Level of engagement and general quality of presentation,
   • Proper use of body language and gestures,
   • Technical finesse.
8. No more than ONE video may be submitted by any entrant.
9. Videos can be sent by “Submit Your Video” button.
10. Videos can be emailed to info@mmturkey.com or posted to the MM Publications Turkey Office at the address below. Hard copy videos will NOT be returned.
11. In case of hard copy submission, Name, Name of the School and Grade, School Address, Telephone Number, E-mail address should be e-mailed separately, under the heading MM Nazmi Arıkan Fen Bilimleri Anadolu Liseleri Video Presentation Contest 2023
12. The decision of the adjudicators is final.
13. Winners of Video Presentation Contest will be announced on March 10th.
14. The awards will be announced at the MM Turkey Website and awards will be sent directly to the school(s) in order to avoid any problems.
15. A certificate will be provided to each participant.
16. The adjudicators will not enter into any correspondence concerning the award.
17. Should an appropriate standard not be achieved, no award will be presented.
18. MM Publications Turkey Office reserves the right to select for publication such entries as may be deemed appropriate, in any entry.
